I am very happy how this quilt has turned out, especially the border. I have to get some backing and then I will get it basted ready for me to hand quilt, big job, big quilt...:-)
I have seen your quilt on facebook. Your Lucy Boston Quilt looks very beautiful. I loved to see all the closeups. It is really fun to make a POTC (Patchwork of the crosses quilt).
Beautiful! Please explain how you added the purple border. I read that you pieced it but I don't understand how you did it. I'm doing a 9 block wall hanging with my Lucy Boston blocks and I want to do a border like yours. Thanks Sue
Hi Sue, thank you for the comment. I will post some pictures that may show how I pieced the border. I sort of made it up as I went along and was very happy with the result.
